DR. MED. SEBASTIAN MONTAG
Medical specialist in nuclear medicine
Dr. med. Sebastian Montag studied medicine at The University of Münster from 1995 to 2002. He obtained his doctorate in 2003. From 2002 to 2008 he worked at The Department of Nuclear Medicine at The University Hospital Heidelberg. In 2008 he passed his exams to become specialist in nuclear medicine and acquired the certificate for positron emission tomography (PET) of the German Society of Nuclear Medicine (DGN). From 2008 to 2010 Dr. Montag worked as Head of Department of Nuclear Medicine at The Medical Centre for Radiology and Nuclear Medicine in Aschaffenburg. In 2010 he established himself at The Centre for Radiology and Nuclear Medicine in Friedberg and Bad Nauheim. Dr. Montag has been supporting The Practice for Nuclear Medicine at the Schwabentor with his expertise for thyroid diseases and diagnosis by positron emission tomography (PET) since the beginning of 2014.
